A few weeks ago, Network Exchange Realty celebrated 15 years in business within the Subiaco real estate market.
Although Network Exchange Realty’s Principal and Licensee, Mimma Notaro, is also taking pause to pop the champagne after hitting a milestone of more than 25 years working in the real estate industry.
And so, on this momentous occasion, we thought we’d share with you the Network Exchange Realty story, so you can get to know us a little better.
After all, if you are a Subiaco local, we are practically neighbours!
Where it all began
Back in the late 1990s, after seeing Mimma in action promoting her family’s home for sale, she was approached by her family’s real estate agent and offered a job.
Appointed in a Personal Assistance and admin role, before being promoted to Sales Coordinator, Mimma quickly realised that she loved working in real estate.
“I learnt very early in my real estate career that if you set your goals, you can achieve them and I quickly progressed towards acquiring my Certificate of Real Estate Management,” says Mimma.
In the early 2000s, Mimma decided to follow up her Certificate with her Triennial Real Estate Licence, after being part of the first group to complete the two-year program in just six months.
Mimma’s career has been a whirlwind ever since.
Network Exchange Realty was founded in 2007, and after working from a home office for many years, Mimma invested in the purchase of 4 Sheen Street Subiaco ten years later.
Architectural space, outstanding real estate results
Using her artistic eye and flair for detail, Mimma project managed the fit out of the boutique headquarters, which has a distinctly elegant look and feel.
The stylish office space reflects Network Exchange Realty’s professionalism and dedication to its clients – going above and beyond to get them the best results.
“It just made sense to branch out and find the perfect space to house my vision for an upmarket agency,” says Mimma.
From strength to strength
Network Exchange Realty focuses on three main real estate areas – selling, buying, and leasing. Working predominantly in the Western Suburbs and specialising in Subiaco real estate. Network Exchange Realty is well-acquainted in dealing in affluent areas and with high-value properties.
These days, Mimma now has a professional team of six working alongside her, helping to make the sales and leasing process seamless for sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants alike.
Her daughter Gabriella Verdiglione also works in the business as a sales associate.
“In fact, my husband Carl and all of my three daughters have their real estate licence,” Mimma laughs.

Mimma believes that her success with Network Exchange Realty comes down to listening to her clients to make sure she delivers the best service.
“We take the time to understand what our clients need, so that we can find them the perfect home or property investment or help them to sell for the price they deserve,” she says.
