Margo has worked in the real estate industry since 1993 and has lived in Subiaco since 1979. Margo has been quoted as saying, ‘she would never live anywhere else’. So obviously, working and selling real estate in Subiaco has been a pleasure and so easy because she is familiar with all real estate sales data in the Subiaco and Shenton Park areas. Her excellent knowledge of all the popular and exciting assets of these sought after areas such as Subiaco/Shenton Park is comprehensive. Margo has had a lengthy career in sales and marketing, plus she has a very creative streak, where she enjoys painting artwork and has filled many clients homes with large, beautiful and colourful artwork. It is called ‘being multi skilled’!

My selling strategy is very simple, being very realistic with the pricing of your property which creates more interest because the general public are very savvy and informed about real estate prices. I would be innovative with your marketing, covering all bases especially with online marketing, approaching print media for editorials and many other ways of advertising including sign boards on the property. ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND FEEDBACK TO THE SELLER IS MY MOTTO!!!)
